• パドルジャンパーのフォーラムとその関連サービスを使用するにはこのページに書かれてあるルールに従うことを承諾してください。
• もしルールに関して何か質問がある場合にはAdministrationまでご連絡ください。
• このフォーラムに登録をすることは無料です。

一般的なルール

• パドルジャンパーサービスのアクセスや使用は現在のところ無料です。
• これらのサービスの変更やもしくはアクセス制限に対する権利はいかなる時でも当方が保持しています。
• 万が一、あるサービスに関して料金が急に課せられることになっても、それに対しての請求はなされません。代わりにそのサービスへのアクセスができなくなります。
• 意図的にフォーラムのルールを侵害する者に対してそれを禁止する権利は当方が保持しています。フォーラムへの参加は特典であり、権利ではないからです。
• 他人を侮辱したり攻撃するような投稿は固くお断りいたします。当方が最終的にこれを判断いたします。
• 個人的な嗜好はわかれるところですが、swear wordは英語表現の一部です。
• この理由により、swear wordはフォーラム（掲示板）では禁止ではありません。
• 禁止はされませんが、swear wordは効果的な範囲内で使用してください。
• もしswear wordが教育的な目的でつかわれなかったり、このサイトの他のメンバーを故意にあざける、攻撃をするなどの目的で使用されている場合、その投稿は削除され、それを投稿した者は状況に応じて警告を受けたり使用の禁止がなされます。
• 投稿がそのスレッドに関係がなかったり、意味のないものと判断された場合はその投稿は削除されます。投稿者は警告を受けたり使用を禁止されます。

• 状況により、投稿は予告なしにより関連性のあるカテゴリーに移動されることがあります。
• 性的、もしくはパドルジャンパーコミュニティーの基準を逸脱した投稿やリンクは許可しません。
• パドルジャンパーは恣意的に何がコミュニティーの基準を犯すか犯さないかを決めます。
• それぞれのユーザーは一つのログインアカウントを持つことを許されます。一つ以上のアカウントを持つことは許されません。これはAdministrationには適応されません。（新しいサービスをテストする際に複数のアカウントが必要となります。）
• このフォーラムのルールで許される言語は英語と日本語のみです。英語で投稿された場合の回答は早くなされます。ゲームのコーナーでは英語でお願いします。もし答えが英語でない場合、その答えは無視されたり、削除されたりします。
• このルールはほとんどの状況を網羅しますが、すべてに対しては対応できません。したがって、これらのフォーラムが、中断されたり悪用されたりしないようにしかるべき措置をとる権利をいかなるときでも保持します。
• いつでもこのサイトが順調に動くことは完全には保障しかねます。

• パドルジャンパーと直接競合しない製品やサービスを宣伝する文章は認められることもありますが、料金等の交渉はパドルジャンパーとのスタッフとお願いします。
• 性的、もしくはパドルジャンパーコミュニティーの基準を逸脱しないサイトであり、営利目的でなく製品やサービスを含まないリンクやサイトは許可されます。

• パドルジャンパーadministratorsはすべての不快なメッセージを削除するよう努めますが、すべてのメッセージに目を通すことが不可能なこともあります。

Rules for using the Puddlejumpr forum and associated services.

• By using the forum (bulletin board) and other services on Puddlejumpr you agree to be bound to the rules outlined on this page. When we refer to messages we mean both private messages and forum posts.
• If you have any questions about the rules, please contact Administration.
• Registration on this forum is free!

General Rules

• Access and use of Puddlejumpr services are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change these services or to restrict access to these services at any time. If we were to charge for certain services you wouldn't suddenly receive a bill, instead you would lose access to that particular service.
• You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. All individuals under the age of 13 years will need a full release form from their parents before posting. This is to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
• We reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our support forums are a privilege and not a right.
• We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or comments that are designed to create heated arguments. Our decision is final in these matters.
• Whether we like it or not, swear words are a part of the English language. For this reason, swear words are not banned from the forum. Despite not being banned, swear words should only be used in areas specifically designated for such language. If the swear words are not used for educational purposes or are believed to be deliberately taunting or offensive to other members of the site, the post will be removed and the author warned or possibly banned depending on the circumstances.
• If we believe a post is not related to the thread or that the post is gibberish (meaningless) then the post will be deleted. The agents (people/software) responsible for such posts may be warned or banned.
• In some circumstances, posts may be moved to more relevant categories without prior notification.
• We do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate Puddlejumpr community standards. Puddlejumpr shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
• Each user is allowed one login account. Registering more than one account is not allowed. This rule does not apply to Administration (we may need multiple accounts for testing new services).
• The only acceptable languages on this forum are English and Japanese. Posts done in English will usually be answered the quickest.  In the game areas we require answers in English, if your answer is not in English your answer may be ignored or deleted.
• Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions that we think are appropriate to ensure that these forums are not stopped or abused in any way.

• There is no guarantee that this site will work properly at all times.

Advertising

• The Puddlejumpr website is open to all English learners, but was made specifically for Puddlejumpr students. It is for this reason that advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, avatars, file attachment services and private message systems to spam other members. If you believe someone is breaking these rules, please contact Administration immediately.

• We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Explicit advertising and soliciting in signatures is also prohibited.

• You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.
• Please refrain from blatant bashing of other boards, services etc.
• We reserve the right to remove offensive/meaningless/commercial type posts without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any account that breaks the Puddlejumpr rules.

Links

• Linking to a commercial product/service is fine, provided it is not a product or service that competes with a product or service offered by Puddlejumpr. That means that links to English schools, freelance English teachers or materials that may be in competition with Puddlejumpr are not allowed. Free online resources may be ok, but please check first if you are unsure.
• Promotional text for a commercial product or service that doesn't directly compete with Puddlejumpr may be allowed although the final decision is up to Puddlejumpr administrative staff.
• A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain product(s) and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site is not sexual or does not violate Puddlejumpr community standards. Puddlejumpr administrators shall be the sole arbitrators of what does and what does not violate community standards. (Examples include sites about drugs and/or sex.)

User picture (Avatar)

• Offensive avatars or avatars of a sexual nature will not be tolerated.

Posting

• Although the Puddlejumpr administrators will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off of this forum, it may be impossible for us to review all messages. Consequently, the messages expressed on the forum and on the private messaging system are the views of the author, and Puddlejumpr will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
• By agreeing to these rules, you agree that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
• Puddlejumpr reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. Puddlejumpr also reserves the right to remove, edit or close any account for any reason and without prior notice.

Problems

• Any disputes with Puddlejumpr should be handled in private through the Private Message System.

Our right

• We reserve the right to update and modify these rules as we deem necessary.
