Have you ever had a problem with your neighbours?

About 3 years ago, I had an extremely noisy neighbour.
One night, starting at around 11pm, she turned her music up really really loud. The music was so loud that the walls shook!!!
After 30minutes or so of this, I decided to ask her to turn it down.
"Sorry to bother you, but could you turn down your music down a little bit?"
She answered, "Sure, sorry about that."
10minutes later the music went up again.
I listened to it for a while hoping that she would turn it down. She didn't turn it down, instead it slowly got louder and louder. Eventually I went and spoke with her again.
"Your music is still too loud, could you turn it down please?"
"Yeah, sure."
5minutes later the music was even louder than before.
I spoke with her again, "Please keep your music down."
The music didn't really go down this time, in fact it got louder and louder.
By this time I was sick of it.
"Hey, cut it out! Some people are trying to sleep."
She never answered the door and continued to play her music for another 4 or 5 hours. I was very angry and very tired when I went to work the next day.
